Proposed Constitution and By-Law changes
With the ever-evolving environment, a number or items within the current constitution and by-laws do not reflect the needs of current operation. Therefore, the Kincumber Roos Executive would like to propose several changes to the constitution and by laws to align with the current and future direction of Kincumber Roos Football Club.
An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting has been scheduled for members to attend to vote on the proposed changes. Due to current Public Health Orders in place, this meeting will be schedule via an online video conference with details provided below. RSVPs for attendance to this meeting should be sent to secretary@kincumberroosfc.com.au

Committee Member Nominations
Nominations for a position should be submitted via email to secretary@kincumberroosfc.com.au by Sunday 31st October and details of how the AGM will be proceeding will be released closer to the date depending on the Public Health Orders issued at that time.

Life Membership Nominations
Life Membership may be granted to persons who have given outstanding service over a minimum period of ten (10) years. Nominations outlining the reason for Life Membership must be emailed to secretary@kincumberroosfc.com.au by October 18th
